Technological advancement in modern molecular biology led to the large-scale data production coupled with computational biology. In this course students are taught several skills of general sequence data processing for large-scale sequence data analyses, and their theoretical background information. Several original papers related to the subjects of the course will also be referred to. Each class will start with a recitation based on the quiz of the previous class.
