Description
This course provides in-depth training in the computational analysis of spatial omics data, focusing on transcriptomics and proteomics. Students will explore both imaging- and sequencing-based platforms, and apply statistical, image-based, and graph-based methods to understand tissue organization, cell niches, and intercellular communication. The course includes lectures, hands-on coding labs, and a final project using real or simulated datasets.
• Prior exposure to Python programming
• Basic understanding of molecular biology, NGS, and statistics
• Students must bring a laptop with installation permissions
